Shani A. Faure, CMP, RMT is a certified Life & Executive coach whose mission is to enhance the lives of people by keeping them “On Point Like a Stiletto.”  The foundation of her helping others is finding the balance of putting self love & self care first to be successful in other areas of life. 

After being approached for help by several single mothers experiencing frustration trying to balance living their dreams while providing for their families, Shani discovered her niche: helping career oriented women to become “goal diggers” and discover their unlimited potential with “Soultitude.”

“Soultitude” is syncing of the mind, body, and spirit to create balance.

Shani has amassed years of experience as an advocate for diabetes, gun-violence awareness, education more as a volunteer and community mentor.  Utilizing her skills, Shani is dedicated to inspiring a diverse client roster ranging from savvy career professionals looking to improve personally and professionally to “mompreneurs” ready to create their “Runway to Success!”  

Shani’s razor sharp business acumen drawn from a background in hospitality, sales, marketing, public relations, writing, fashion, event production, and entrepreneurship has given her the insight to help many.

The personalized one-on-one coaching calls and quarterly boot camps are designed to provide clients the support they need to stop doubting their talent and invest in their dreams on a day-to-day basis by growing through what they go through. She influences her client’s with self-care through spirituality so that they have the balance to flourish in all areas of their lives.

Shani is a serial entrepreneur and a mother, working towards building better communities and futures through positive reinforcement of strong values, integrity and hard work. Tying in fundraisers and community events with arts & entertainment.  She is the true definition of her name Shani Asha = “Marvelous Life”.
