HOW LONG SHOULD I COMMIT TO A COACH?

Successful coaching commitments are usually for 4 months to a year to attain measurable goals and results.

WHAT SHOULD I LOOK FOR IN A COACH?

When looking for a coach there are several things that should contribute to committing to that person. Does the coaches experience and personality fit with what you are looking for? Who are their references? What achievements and personal successes have they had? Are the coaching sessions flexible with your schedule?
