Shani has been instrumental in the success of not one but two of my businesses. She has also provided guidance in my career and again in my career change. When I decided to move to another city Shani was there every single step. She was emotionally, spiritually, and mentally supportive. She was my backbone. For example, she assisted with updating my resume, practiced my interview skills and continued words of encouragement. It was her who has helped me overcome many of my darkest moments personally and professionally.

I like Shani’s coaching style! She is an amazing listener and is able to repeat back what was said and what was not said but should have been. She sees beyond the surface. I also appreciate her respect for my spiritual beliefs. And with her own well-rounded spiritual experience, she will complement anyone’s values and morals.

Through the years, I have shared many and I mean many business ideas with Shani and never was she discouraging or doubtful. She says, “Yes, you will do that.” as if she foresees it before I do. When I decided I no longer wanted to be in marketing and shift to being a doula, again “yes you will do that and here’s how.” She not only sees the passion behind people’s motives but also what it takes from the business perspective to get it done. My goal for Shani is to be able to coach full-time and internationally. I want her to be able to give all of her time to her business and her clients. This is her calling.
